Parts Return Policy
At Soudure J.M. Chantal Inc., we want our customers to be fully satisfied with their purchases. If you are not satisfied with your product, we have implemented a return procedure to ensure a hassle-free shopping experience. Please review our return policy below.
1. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following criteria:
- It must be in its original condition, unused, undamaged, and in appropriate packaging (preferably the original packaging, if applicable).
- Returns must be made within 30 days from the receipt of the order.
- Special orders (placed to meet a specific request) are not eligible for return.
- The product must be accompanied by the return authorization (RMA) received upon approval of the return request.
2. Return Request
To initiate a return, please submit a request by email or phone to the person who processed your order.
In your request, please provide the following information:
- Order number
- Description of the product to be returned
- Reason for the return
- Photos of the product (if necessary, especially for defective or damaged products)
We will process your return request within 10 business days.
3. Return Authorization (RMA Number)
Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return authorization number (RMA). This number must be clearly written on the return package. Without this number, we will not be able to process your return.
4. Product Return

Return Fees:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- A 25% restocking fee will be applied unless the product is defective.
- You may choose any shipping method, but we recommend using a tracked service to avoid loss.
- We are not responsible for returned products that are not received or are damaged during transport.
5. Return Processing
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will inspect its condition. If the product meets the return conditions, we will offer:
- An exchange (if the item is in stock), or
- A refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.
If the product does not meet our return conditions (e.g., used or damaged item), we will contact you to discuss the situation and find a solution.
6. Refund or Exchange
- Refund: If a refund is approved, it will be issued using the same payment method as the original purchase.
- Exchange: If an exchange is requested and the desired product is available, it will be shipped as soon as possible.

- Damaged Products: If you receive a damaged product or if an error occurred during shipping, please contact our team as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue promptly.
